The Healthy Foundations Program unlocks a child's true potential in a fun, interactive, nurturing manner, facilitating self-confidence for children of all ages and abilities.

Brain Health
Through multi-sensory experiences, children learn aout the brain, how it works and what he or she needs to take the best care of both brain and body.
Nutrition and Exercise
Learning about where food comes from instills an understanding and appreciation of mindful eating. Food is our fuel... why not make it healthy?
Social Thinking
Playing, negotiating and communicating are the canvases for meaningful social experiences. By using our "tool box" children learn strategies to elicit creative expression, take perspective, and problem solve.

The Healthy Foundations Program is conducted in your child's classroom during the school day, as a series of visits. Individual coaching can be scheduled during the day (pullout for 30 min during a nonacademic time, coordinated with teachers) or after school.

The Healthy Foundations Program is also available to come to play groups/ day care centers. Call us to find out more!
